By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our Services.

1. Services Offered

For Jackson Sake Ltd provides Business, Life and Human Design–based educational and experiential offerings, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Private 1:1 sessions (including high-ticket services)

• Group workshops and live events

• Online and in-person courses

• Digital materials, recordings, and educational resources

• Online content through social media platforms

All Services are offered for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

2. No Medical, Psychological, Legal, or Financial Advice

Coaching and Human Design are self-reflective and interpretive systems. Services provided by For Jackson Sake Ltd do not constitute medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any condition.

• You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

• Any actions or decisions you take as a result of participating in the Services are taken at your own discretion and risk.

Always consult a qualified professional for medical, mental health, legal, or financial concerns.

3. Eligibility

By using our Services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Payment & Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD, unless otherwise stated.

• Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.

• Payment plans are binding agreements. You agree to complete all payments regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services and materials, and legal action may be taken.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Digital Courses & Online Programs

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing on the relevant sales page.

Workshops & Live Events

Refund, transfer, or credit policies (if any) will be clearly stated on the event sales page. If no policy is stated, all purchases are non-refundable.

Private Sessions & High-Ticket Services

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [24–48 hours] in advance.

• Late cancellations or missed sessions may be forfeited without refund.

• High-ticket offerings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement or sales page.

6. Access to Services & Materials

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased materials for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute content

• Reproduce or copy materials for commercial use

• Record sessions or workshops without prior written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, recordings, written content, graphics, and intellectual property associated with the Services are owned by For Jackson Sake Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

8. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and treat personal information shared in private sessions as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

Please note that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings, including workshops and courses. Participants are responsible for their own disclosures.

9. Code of Conduct

You agree to participate respectfully and responsibly in all Services. We reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, who:

• Engages in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour

• Violates these Terms

• Creates an unsafe or disrespectful environment for others

10. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes, insights, transformations, or specific results from participating in the Services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, For Jackson Sake Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in or use of the Services.

Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
